Planetist – A person who has altered the way of thinking about the future of our planet and intervened to change future outcomes. In this new millennium, we are witnessing the birth of a new planetary culture. The Earth is becoming more interdependent and cooperative. This new planetary culture is being moulded by a combination of political, economic, technological and ecological forces of great power, all working synergistically to create this culture. Leadership - Leadership involves three actions, all of which implicitly have to do with shaping change rather than being shaped by it: envisioning a purposeful destination for a voyage, charting the journey to reach it, and motivating and inspiring others to reach this destination. In its broadest sense, career refers to an individual’s work and life roles over their lifespan.
