Diploma of Business (Frontline Management)2008 - 2009

Learning to be a manager is challenging. Having Jo and Rose lead me in my journey through a Diploma of Business (Front Line Management) made the experience exhilarating and inspiring. One can be a manager of accounts or a manager of an airline but being a manager in an organisation providing for homeless people has it's own very special nuances. Jo and Rose worked tirelessly at providing professional, insightful and meaningful structure to our course. Congratulations also to you as facilitators for supporting us to reach the end of what appeared to be at times a long journey. For me during the 16 months I felt at times overwhelmed and unable to continue the course due to the challenges of a restructure at work, new job, new boss, new team to supervise and family commitments. It was a pleasure to work with Success Trilogy as an interpreter during August 2008. Jo and Rose delivered Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment to a visiting group of 11 Chinese Pharmacists at Box Hill Institute.
The English skills within the group were minimal although there was some variation amongst them. Jo and Rose facilitated and communicated entirely in English. My role was to interpret for Jo, Rose and the group.
Not only did Jo and Rose facilitate the learners, they also aided me greatly in successfully performing my role. The frequent briefings of their plans, the clear and succinct delivery of instructions and their initiative to aid my understanding are a few aspects of their professionalism that I witnessed during my month of work. Our cooperation was truly a privilege and a delight!

The Destination Workshop is BRILLIANT! I am honoured to speak about Success Trilogy Rose and Jo, skilled and insightful facilitators who work powerfully together as a team. Their experience in life, business, coaching, mentoring and training is really evident; they have many tools in their kitbag.
I won the Best New Business award and then I was presented with so many opportunities and choices! I wasn’t clear about my direction or where to put my focus. I was attempting to do it all and exhausting myself in the process.
When I did the Destination Workshop, especially customized for my training business, I became clear about my core values, beliefs and the direction I wanted to take. I identified and released some emotional blocks from my early childhood. I had no idea I was still at the affect of these experiences and the resulting decisions and beliefs.
I now understand what it means to be a 21st Century citizen operating a “future maker” 21st Century business and I am conscious of the responsibilities this knowledge brings.  Since then I have not looked back.

The Destination Workshop presented by Success Trilogy has provided me with a clear, insightful understanding of the requirements for producing projects appropriate for the fast-changing pace of the 21st century.
To address the changes that are already being made with many more to come, we looked at our values – the ones that have served us in the past and those that we will need to be adopted as vital tools to bring about a future that is healthy and wealthy on all levels – physical, material, mental/emotional, spiritual.  
These issues are some of those which were explored at a most comfortable pace--- I still felt inspired and energised at the end of the event, thanks to the awareness and expertise of the presenters.
