Stage 1 - Needs Analysis
This process begins with a FREE consultation at your place of business. The "Needs Analysis" process conducted on site for the purpose of a joint exploration of your training requirements, business issues and workplace challenges. This consultation will include your perspective as to how you think and feel your business systems are operating and how you and your team are currently performing. It will also include a clear statement from you of the changes you wish to make.
We then use this information to accurately identify and assess your training needs. As a result of the Needs Analysis:
